piggyme is a personal-finance tool that reads your bank exports and shows insights (overviews, budgets, forecasts, alerts). The free plan runs entirely on your device; Plus adds encrypted sync and household sharing. The service is offered during a beta and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis — features may change and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You need an account to use the app. Keep your password safe: it also protects the encryption of your data, and in private mode a lost password cannot be recovered. Provide a valid e-mail address, use the app only for yourself or your household, and do not abuse or attack the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or the law. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profit. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and for keeping your own backups (e.g. the JSON export). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We may update the service and these terms. For significant changes we will make a reasonable effort to notify you (e.g. by e-mail or in the app); continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Beta features may change or end.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. As a consumer you can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
